There were so many Transportation and eCommerce jobs on the market that paid well that no one knew about. I was literally almost ready to go with a Business idea and marketing plan... But then I realized that even though getting people jobs was a big problem, preparing prospective employees for jobs was an even bigger problem. Instead of working on behalf of companies, it would be much wiser to work on behalf of someone who invested their time into starting a career in this field. I didn't want to turn into a company that is an employment churner, throwing people into the fire unprepared. I was a victim to that when I was a Truck Driver

It then extended to helping Entrepreneurs in the Transportation and eCommerce field growing their business. In my opinion, Transportation and eCommerce are the center of any economy in the world. And the most important aspect of a business is to limit the risk of said business.
